The Main Street Historic District has restored many of the buildings dating back to the late 19th century in Trempealeau real estate, including the Trempealeau Hotel, Restaurant and Saloon along with homes, churches and commercial buildings.  Take a walking tour and browse through the antique stores, gift shops and art galleries of these quaint old buildings.

For the golfer, the Trempealeau Mountain Golf Club is an 18 hole public golf course committed to providing a first class golf experience.  They also offer lessons, a practice range, a restaurant and banquet facilities.

The Trempealeau Chamber of Commerce sponsors an Annual Spring Bicycle Tour.  It has a 10 mile fun ride and a 25 or 50 mile tour for the real bicycle enthusiasts.

Another festival is the Annual Catfish Days.  This weekend of festivities put on by the Lions Club is great family fun starting with a fishing tournament, flea market, arts and crafts, kids games, live music, dancing and plenty of food and drink.  The weekend winds down with a parade and fireworks over the river.

With seven spring-fed lakes, a giant marsh and a prairie crisscrossed by the Black, Trempealeau, LaCrosse and Mississippi Rivers, there are a variety of recreational activities around Trempealeau real estate.  The Perrot State Park has 1,276 acres of breathtaking views.  Located where the Trempealeau and Mississippi Rivers meet, this beautiful park has something to offer everyone.  There is boating, fishing and canoing for the water enthusiasts, hiking, biking and nature trails for those interested in the plants and wildlife of the area and camping for those who just need to enjoy the great outdoors.  There are also cross country ski trails for winter recreation.   Trempialiau calendar of events.
